Sales & Supply Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders and supply agreements entered into with S.L. Conyers & Son Ltd.


1. Quotations

All quotations are subject to confirmation and may be withdrawn or amended prior to acceptance.

Quotations are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.


2. Orders

Orders are deemed accepted only when confirmed by S.L. Conyers & Son Ltd.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications, quantities and artwork details are accurate.


3. Artwork Approval

Customers must carefully review proofs and artwork approvals before production.

S.L. Conyers & Son Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors approved by the customer.


4. Pricing

Prices are subject to VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to amend pricing in the event of material cost increases or specification changes.


5. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of production
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Interest charges in accordance with UK legislation

6. Production & Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by factors beyond our control shall not constitute breach of contract.


7. Delivery

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Customers must inspect goods promptly and notify us of shortages, damages or defects within 48 hours.


8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of printed and custom-manufactured products, returns are generally not accepted unless goods are defective.


9. Colour Variation

Minor colour and material variations may occur between production runs.

Such variations shall not constitute defects.


10. Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Compliance issues arising from customer-provided information

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
